This study aims to design, develop and evaluate an innovative digital tool for training, in the form of a mobile phone-based eLearning and teleconsultation application for herbal medicines. This research is in collaboration with the St Lukes Medical Center College of Medicine and the Philippine Institute Of Traditional And Alternative Health Care. It is currently under development.

Rethinking Screen Time for Filipino Children and Adolescents: Impacts on Development
Excessive screen media use among Filipino youth is a growing concern, with nearly all preschoolers exceeding WHO screen time recommendations. High parental screen habits and little regulation outside of school hours exacerbate excessive screen use, which is linked to developmental delays, poor sleep, and decreased social contact. This policy brief describes multi-sectoral approaches to encourage better digital behaviors and lower screen-related hazards from early infancy to adolescence, including public awareness campaigns, school-based initiatives, and tech industry engagement.

SOCRATES: Smart Out-Patient Referral and Appointment System
This study seeks to improve queueing satisfaction (waiting and turnaround time), and referral efficiency in the outpatient department of Northern Samar Provincial Hospital by developing and implementing an automated appointment and referral system using stochastic modeling.
